Initial interview with HR and second interview with VP of Capital Markets. First interview was mostly procedural - background of company, role, and comp. Mostly positive experience though unsavory practice of hiding the ball on comp, which is a great way to create pay disparity. HR refused to give me a comp range though I was coming from a completely different industry in another state. After I bid against myself like an idiot (was too high), he admitted range for all-in cash comp might be high-200k's. Perhaps low/mid-200ks is a safer bet for others interviewing. Second interview was more focused on my experience through the lens of the job itself. Huge focus on IR capabilities. No technical questions. Expect a high IQ/high EQ interview.
