The process is very very very slow. They have the worst interview process I've attended so far
1. Resume shortlisting (which is very tough considering the number of applications they receive)
2. Technical Round
This went really well, I've answered most of the questions in a detailed way.
The interview told me they'll send me the feedback in the next week but never got the response until 3 months then a default email saying we got another candidate with more qualifications. Then why do they waste my time?
When I reach out to HR for the technical round feedback, he said he is not responsible for the feedback. Why did you send me an email for an interview invite?
Now coming to the technical question: It was just a basic for a developer to answer.
The team who was there doesn't have an alternate solution which I gave, he was expecting textbook answers, then Why you hire the worst developers?
Manager asked about the agile & scrum process, I am CSM. I'm practicing the Scrum framework for the last 10 years.
My sincere request to all fellows don't waste your time if you're in a good position or have another good offer.
