I was lucky to connect outwith a formal process of hiring with the current Lead of Client Services and it was fantastic. We had a good connect and there after I had two subsequent interviews with the head of innovation, strategy and a founder, then later a third interview with the last founder.
Unfortunately for me during this process the team decided to open up the application.
