originally, I applied for the customer service position. when I sent out my resume. was greeted by the current HR employer. saying she is reaching out to me with an urgent recruitment opportunity to replace her current Personal Assistant and CSR personnel and sent me only through email a set of questions, was never called during this process of interview

It was easy if you have done ESL interviews before that require using the company's portal for a demo. Be prepared and do all the prep work. Interviewer was friendly with great feedback.
