1. Quick self-introduction 2. Sharing experience 3. Answering basic questions about index maintenance 4. At the second round candidate must answer position-related questions. It is the main part of the interview where managers will check your practical knowledge. Before that HR would share documents with you with technical information, formulas and rules (around 300 pages in total). Better to go through it carefully.

Ghosting after 1st round HR interview. No one replied my email, no further notification. It’s not hard to send a rejection letter right? Keep waiting made me feel really upset.

What do you know about index and corporate action.
The HR based in Philippine is so arrogant and impolite. The interview does not show any professionalism of this company. The HR never replies to your emails and the way she answers is so disrespectful, never helpful. I'm so done with it, sick of it. The company should not outsource their administration to someone who behaves in such a bad way.
