virtual interview and then in person interview with, supervisors. they ask pretty general questions, and interview process is pretty casual. Some questions that were asked were " Describe why you think you would be a good fit for this role?"

You will be interviewed by many department heads and leads within the department you are applying to. They are a set of one on one interviews with each individual as part of the hiring process. I instead told them what I was looking for and why I expected that amount. This was wage was given and after discussion with peers is more than offered to others, so be sure to ask for more!
