Applied online through jobfinder and heard back within a week. Had an initial phone interview with basic questions about resume, courses, and experience. A few days later got called in for an onsite interview. Another general question interview, followed by a technical interview with basic algorithm questions and SQL schema questions.

Interesting. It was a 2 hour interview with a skills test and 2 separate interviewers. There was also a tour of the plant. There were no extremely hard questions. For the most part, if you have taken a few courses in object oriented programming/database, you should be fine.
