Manager/Founder was more interested in the multiple recruitment agencies I had interviewed with than my own personal skills/qualifications. I believe she is frustrated because so many of her tenure employees have left to seek other recruiting opportunities. She spent the majority of the time prying what information I had received from several recruitment firms in the area. At one point she even asked me what kind of "chairs" the employees sit in. The other half of the interview was spent by her bragging about how much financial success she has had over the years.
