I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Quadeye (New Delhi)
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter for the position, had a phone screening after which I had to go for an in-person interview. There were around 5 rounds focusing on puzzles, algorithms, probability and mental math. The problems were fine but 1 of the interviewer deeply hurt me by belittling my experiences and consistently trying to prove how smart he was. I also noticed that 2 of the interviewers were frustrated before entering the interview room, so I am assuming the work culture is not good for mental health.
Advice to interviewers: Try to remember that the interviewee is a human.
