Interview
sent my resume in and got a email back to have a Skype interview within a week i was told that i had the job very easy process only thing they messed up was my start date.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Quails’ Gate Winery (Kelowna, BC) in Aug 2015
Interview
Initial interview with HR manager. Was to have been contacted for a further interview with CEO in a few days. Days turned to weeks and eventually job was re-advertised as an Executive Secretary on another web site. No explanation or update was given as to why company was choosing to go a different route. HR manager was great about keeping me updated for first few weeks but then contact ceased. Very frustrating when companies are disorganized and instead of analyzing their needs and head hunting for a position, they choose to go on a general fishing expedition of who's out there and waste people's time.
