Qualbe Marketing Group interview questions

The qualifications were clearly laid out and Qualbe was very willing to help me learn new skills on the job. I got to sit down with my future manager and ask questions about the position as well.

It was quick and painless. I had a phone interview and a face-to-face interview after that. There was a background check and a personality test to check compatibility with the position. The phone interview was with a panel of 3-5 people from various levels of management. I was asked about why I wanted the job, why I would be a good fit, and even some obscure fun questions like "why are all manhole covers round?" Everyone on the phone was super nice and the face-to-face interviews were even better. I knew immediately after talking to them initially that I would love working there and I definitely did.
