I had a 30-minute screening call with Qualio, during which I was told I would be moving forward to meet with the manager for the department I applied to. I was asked to wait a maximum of 2 days while they coordinated internally. Instead of receiving a response or scheduling the next step, I got an automated rejection email 3 days after saying, âUnfortunately, we will not be moving forward in the recruiting process.â
I also sent an email requesting feedback from my interview, but I never received a response.
This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It felt like my time and effort were not respected, and the communication left me feeling dismissed without explanation.
