Stay away from this company. Complete waste of time. Disorganized long interview process.
One interview with the recruiter over the phone then three interviews with three different people after that. In all of these, the interviewers had no idea how many interviews I've attended before. The last person to talk to me was surprised to find out that it was my fourth interview.
The position advertised is for a Bilingual Localization Engineer, and not once during the in person interviews I was asked one single question about Localization/Internationalization, which I studied a lot before the interviews, tested my language and technical skills for the position, or even asked to solve a coding problem.
The people I spoke with were polite but asked vague, confusing questions and lacked character.
Twice I was scheduled for a video interview but never got a call or a cancellation e-mail at the time it was supposed to take place, only to find out a few days later from the recruiter that the person had cancelled their appointments for the day. When I finally got the chance to speak with that person, he didn't bother to apologize and the interview felt rushed. He didn't ask me one question about past projects I worked on, my professional interests, tested my technical skills, among other questions that are common during an interview. We spent a good thirty minutes talking about Donald Trump's height. Seriously? When it was time for me to ask questions about the company, the position and the team I'd be joining, he only allowed me one and ended the interview because he was out of time. Just a reminder that's the same person who didn't call twice on two different days when we had an interview scheduled.
By far the longest, time wasting, most disorganized interview process I've been to. The lack of communication is evident and they will ask you vague questions that have nothing to do with the position you're applying for. They are probably conducting fake interviews. Beware.
Stay away.
