The sales team member who wrote this review was let go at the end of the 90-day probationary period because he produced no sales, despite allegedly having extensive experience in office equipment and IT services sales. He came to us from a company that offered similar services and was let go from there as well. Despite knowing this, QBS hired him because we believed he had potential. He was provided with an advance on his draw, but because he produced no sales, he was asked to reimburse the company when he was let go.
QBS engages only in ethical sales practices and provides support when requested. Customers are offered the ability to upgrade their equipment anytime it's possible to lower their lease payment. If a costly repair is required, QBS honors the commitment made to the customer and does whatever it can to ensure the customer is totally satisfied with all aspects of their QBS experience.
The owners of QBS put much of the company's profits back into the business. We are constantly investing in technology and innovation in order to keep up with our customers' ever-changing requirements. Because of our dedication to providing the best products and services to our customers, we retain people who have the desire and initiative to contribute to those endeavors. The products and services sold and supported by QBS are backed by people who believe in the company and regularly contribute to its success. Those who do not are not retained.
