Basically, you apply online, someone from HR then contacts you, ask a few questions from your resume and schedules you to go into the office you applied to for an in-person interview with your potential managers. They then go over job responsibilities, describe briefly the nature of the work and ask if you can or are willing to do those things. You get the job and are hired on the spot, you wait about a week for the drug test and the following week you start training.
