They ask you to read a script, tell you that you're amazing, and offer you the job. I actually burped during the interview and still got a job offer.... They didn't ask any real interview questions. They don't care about your work history or experience.

Easy, brainless, more about experience and past history of employment, mostly telling of employment expectations, what duties were involved and they provide on-going coaching and support which is a utter lie.

pretty easy and simple, I was asked a bunch of easy questions, was painted a false, beautiful picture of the company and it's room for growth and advancement. The end result was a total shocker. Pretty much they are wolves in sheep's clothing. Basically fed a bunch of lies, although I don't consider that HR's fault, mostly management who picked and chose favorites!

Question 1
There weren't too many questions as I recall. Mostly the HR informing me of the company, what they did, how they did it. She was actually great, she was very personable and friendly. I am sure though, that was a cover up as this place was total chaos. I think I was asked if I minded outbound calling and feeling comfortable speaking with people.
