Extremely unprofessional interview! Had an interview via phone call, only to be immediately told that I am unqualified for the position and that I would "never" make it as a BIS. Although I do have experience working with people with DD, I was not even questioned about this experience, and was rather told that I had nothing to offer. Extremely inappropriate. Instead, they suggested that I apply for a DSP position, which requires a High school diploma or GED, when I have a masters degree in psychology. The interviewer cut me off multiple times to stress that because I had never written behavior plans in the past, that it would be impossible for me to learn through experience. Extremely frustrating that upon answering the phone, I was not given the opportunity to speak about my qualifications. But rather was talked down to about how I will be unsuccessful in attempting any BIS-level job, at QSAC or elsewhere.
