“One interesting question they asked me was: ‘Can you explain the framework you’ve built or worked on, and what challenges you faced while maintaining it?’
I explained how I designed the test automation framework using Selenium and TestNG, integrated it with Jenkins for CI/CD, and how I handled dynamic waits and reusable utilities to improve test stability.”
Only losers work in this company. I had heard bad stories about them from my friends yet I decided to give at least interviews. They want experts to work from the office for a peanut salary.
Recruiters won't get in touch to get your availability and schedule interview calls as they wish. No sense of sharing interview results with the candidate. They forwarded my profile for a role I wouldn't have applied otherwise. The interviewers are arrogant. If you don't answer according to them, they will openly mock you.
Dear freshers, I have friends who joined them and are now regretting it. Do not join QK. The work culture is inhumane.
