It started with a phone call interview, then a 30-question technical assessment about how well you can pick up/ understand code/technical language after viewing some online tutorials, then a video interview, then a round of final in-person interviews with 2 of 3 people, then a final video interview to have the 3rd employee interview me. It was like- are you serious? All this for product support? Most of the employees were friendly and open to talk about their experiences, but the last guy who interviewed me was scatter-brained, 10+ minutes late to the video interview, and unsympathetic when the video wouldn't work on both ends. Said I was applying to support the product, so I should figure out these technical difficulties. Not a supportive way to treat potential candidates, if you ask me.
