Interview
This was the worst interview process I have ever come across in my career. I had 4 different contacts from the recruitment team all saying they would be my point of contact throughout the process. Not 1 call from any, just automated interview confirmations and long time periods between each interview.

Question 1
There were 8 interviews in total. Many behavioral interview questions throughout on values. Many of the interviews felt impersonal and didn't flow. In one of the 'peer' interviews I had, the hiring manager clearly had not read my resume before the interview - highly embarrassing. Qualtric's is getting a name in the ANZ market for a really poor recruitment process and have no idea how to nurture talent or think outside the box. You are losing top talent in an already tough market. To say you are an Experience Management platform leaves a lot to be desired in your own organisation. Your Candidate Experience is very underwhelming!! I would not recommend Qualtric's to my network.
