      Marketing Interview

      23 Aug 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Qualtrics (London, England)

      Interview

The worst interview process I’ve ever experienced. I had 9 rounds (via zoom) each spaced out over a week. Everyone who worked there seemed smart and switched on but the process was shocking. Throughout the process I was told ‘you have amazing feedback, you’ve been moved to the next round. Around the 7th interview, recruiter called me and said that the role is offering a salary at 25% lower than I originally asked for in the initial conversation. I still continued the process and then despite chasing three times (and now 4 months later from when I started ) I never heard back if I got the position or not or any word from the recruiter . For a company that claims to a customer experience company it’s the worst interview experience I’ve ever had and ghosting people is totally unprofessional. I feel it was a lucky escape and gave me an indication that the culture was rather chaotic/, start-up but is trying to bring a big corporate like google without the chops. If you look at their recent hires, they all seem to be young, willing to put up with this type of ‘you should be lucky to work here culture’ which I also found very telling.

      Easy interview

      Application

I interviewed at Qualtrics (Ciudad de Mexico)

      Interview

Multiple round interviews beginning with a recruiter letting me know the basics of the position. Then, multiple people (2) on the team and finally the leadership team. The recruiter was kind and answered all my questions regarding salary, logistics of the position, etc. The other interviews contained typical questions related to your style of work, how you handle stress, and then job-specific experience

      Interview

Fast but comprehensive interview process. Took exactly 4 weeks from first intro call to offer. I appreciated that the intro call let me know the timeline of their process. Met with recruiter, then hiring manager, then cross-disciplined team of 4. Lastly, meet and greet with head of department. I really enjoyed this interview process – everyone was very kind and collaborative. They also allowed ample time for me to ask my own questions, which helped me figure out if it was a role I wanted to pursue. Everyone was very open to staying connected after the interviews or offering more time to chat. Questions were standard in understanding how you work, how you collaborate with others, thought process when approaching problem-solving, etc.

      Marketing Interview

      16 Sept 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Qualtrics

      Interview

First a 30-minute screen with a recruiter, then a 30-minute screen with the hiring manager. The interview with the hiring manager was really short and the interviewer did most of the talking, so there was hardly any time to convey my interest in the role and the skill set I could bring to the position. Fairly disappointing experience.
