The hiring manager reached out on LinkedIn and we had an informal conversation. I was then handed off to recruiters who were incredibly disorganized, ultimately requiring me to have 5 conversations across 4 different days. I have major concerns about their approach to "DEI" work. While waiting for the hiring manager to set up a final interview, I was ghosted and then received a rejection over email a few weeks after not hearing anything.
