I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Munich, Bavaria) in Sept 2021
Interview
I applied on LinkedIN and was contacted by a friendly recruiter. After a first phone call I was quickly scheduled for the next round. This was a more in depth call related to my experience - but quite one dimensional and not a difficult one. After that I had homework and had to prepare a presentation about the company and its different offerings. This I also passed and then was invited to a final interview with the head of sales. Then it goes bad very quickly, since no one showed up to the interview and after 3 emails and calls to the recruiter she answered me 30 min later and told me that I was no longer in consideration for the role.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Sydney) in July 2023
Interview
long winded process, even though they are looking for cultural fit it comes across as insincere in their approach. A big culture of tardiness to interviews nearly every person no mater the level or locations was between 3-15minutes late
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
TACOS are a set of questions to get to know the individual with situation, task, action and response (STAR) in about 6 areas.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Qualtrics (Provo, UT) in Dec 2019
Interview
Met once with a Manager, very odd. Not many questions about myself, more like a tour of the building and hearing about how invaluable she was to the company. Lots of "culture talk". Second interview was a group setting; I met with a team and they all asked very similar questions. I felt it went well and was even given a prospective start date, but they never contacted e to let me know that I was not given an offer. I contacted them after several days and was told I did not meet their "threshold".
