Manager reached out via LinkedIn mentioning role on her team and asking if I was interested. Ended up hopping on a call with her to see if it was a fit then moved on in the interview process from there. First round was a call with HR to go over and explain resume. Second round was another call with manager of the team, the director of the team, another colleague on a cross-functional team, then finally a TACOS culture fit call with someone on a completely different team. I think the final round is an assessment, but I was offered a job after the second round.
