I applied online. They set a date and send a link to talk using VoIP. All the process was made by Internet. The quality call was terrible and the Qualys Inc. employee was really rude.

Applied online (with resume and cover letter). Received email requesting screening interview. Conducted screening interview. Screener described the company, I described myself/experience. Screener asked some short, basic to intermediate level techincal questions.
