Interview
-30 minute intro call with the in-house recruiter,
- 60 minute technical / behavior screen with an engineer and engineering manager
- 3.5 hour coding challenge (3 challenges total) that were observed by various members of the engineering team

Question 1
The coding challenges consisted of system design questions and writing code for an API. It was a realistic representation of standard tasks a BE developer would do. The behavioral and technical questions were fairly open ended.
