The interview was through a recommendation. Gav managed to arrange the interview within a few days. As it was a hot day, we took a walk and got coffee. Much better than sitting in a stuffy room. The style was incredibly informal in fact very casual, allowing me to be my self and also understand what the team would be like out of the office.
All in all, I was left refreshed and excited. Gav had an excellent approach with strong industry knowledge, it's obvious he cares about what he crafts. All in which I felt his professionalism and energy was a reflection of his team.

Interview
Gav (CEO) asked me if I had any questions in the first instance which was quite different but nice that he changed it up. The interview was quite informal, but we had a good conversation and spoke through the future of the company and where I saw myself in 5 years and where my career was heading. I can see that they are quite focused on personal development and driving you forward in your career.
