Straightforward and standard interview process, friendly Sales TL and MD. Transparent with the work culture and pay. Interview is more of an exploration to get to know you better and see if you can fit in the team.
The interview process itself was fairly standard, consisting of multiple rounds where I met with different team members to discuss my qualifications, experiences, and how they aligned with the role I was applying for. The interview concluded with a clear outline of the next steps.
However, the lack of communication following my decision to reject their offer shows the unprofessional sight of the company. I promptly sent an email expressing my gratitude for the opportunity and explaining my decision. Unfortunately, I never received a response.
