I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at QuantZig (Bengaluru) in June 2026
Interview
— Quantzig can't run a queue, but sure, let them build your AI
Got called for the Full Stack Developer (AI Application) interview, 11 AM to 2 PM slot, Bangalore office. Reached on time. Found 30+ people standing outside like it's a movie ticket counter, not a job interview. Watchman wouldn't let anyone in. No HR person came out. No call, no message, no "5 mins please." Nothing. Just people standing around looking at each other, wondering if this is even real.
People took leave for this. Spent money on cabs. Some probably lied to their current manager to get the day off. And for what? To stand outside a gate because nobody inside could be bothered to send one person down with a list.
Funniest part — the role wants you to know RAG, Azure, Node, React, "AI applications." Big words. Big tech stack. But they can't handle the easiest task on earth: let people in on time. You're telling me a company that can't manage a door is going to manage a production AI system? That's a joke.
This isn't bad luck. Bad luck is one mix-up. This is just nobody caring enough to fix it. If hiring looks this messy from outside, imagine what's happening inside once you're an employee.
Don't waste your day on this. If they can't respect your time before you even get the job, they definitely won't after.
