I applied online. I interviewed at Quantanite (Dhaka) in Feb 2026
Interview
The technical interview felt less like a professional evaluation and more like an ego performance. Instead of focusing on technical skills or relevant experience, the discussion included dismissive and personal remarks delivered in an intimidating tone. The approach seemed designed to assert superiority rather than assess competence. Constructive feedback and structured technical questioning would have made the process far more meaningful. Candidates deserve a respectful and objective evaluation environment.

Interview
The interview process was quite smooth for me, I first did a telephonic interview and then was invited for an assessment to write on site. It was more of a technical assessment, nothing too hectic. After passing the assessment then I actually went for the actual interview. A bit intimidating but the recruiter was really nice. It’s more of your experience and how you handle customers. It really wasn’t a lengthy process at all.
