The interview process consisted of an initial screening call focusing on my background, skills, and interest in the role. This was followed by a detailed discussion on HR operations, coordination responsibilities, and situational questions to assess problem-solving, communication skills, and cultural fit with the organization. The process started with Resume based screening, Telephonic interview, Virtual Interview and last was a discussion round with management.

The interviewer who took my interview began with asking me about myself, then proceeded with my educational background, my past internships and my daily schedule with me having studying two degrees simultaneously. Then, the interviewer went ahead and explained my role for the job I'm applying.
