The first round is on campus interview. They asked about my research experience and some technical questions. Then they invited me onsite for a written exam. Once you pass the exam they will send the offer. Quantlab made the process easy and convenient. They also proceed fast.

Interview
this is just a phone call, lasts for 30 min, very friendly, went over the following steps. This is the first step I guess,it hasn't got to anything techinical yet.
Applied for a quant researcher position, and they kept interviewing for a c++ developer position. The first round was a mathematics exam, followed by a coding challenge. Had 2 more rounds of interview after that.
Online zoom tests. Everybody was on zoom with video on and solving the same set of problems. A bit stressful but in general okay. Problems were not hard to solve, but they were very broad.
