The place usually auto-hires you (at least when I was interviewed). I had a friend interview and get the job instantly, so I decided to try it out and was hired on the spot as well. The interview process is very simple and casual; they asked about your history and future aspirations (pursuing Master's, etc.) If you have more experience with ABA, then the pay may increase, or else everyone started at around $11-12. My friend, who had a degree in English, was even hired without hesitation.
