They had 3 days interview. Its like modernised version of door to door sale. We were informed on the last day that we won't be given any salary but rather incentive based on money we raise and people we recruit.

I received a call from the company. the process took 2 days. i given a written test then company owner called me for interview and then psychometric test took place.

tell me something about yourself,your strengths,etc.
Phone interview then skype interview. The skype interview was with one of the recruiters. I was asked several questions about several technologies such as javascript, sql, and others. It was a pleasant enough interview and the person on the other end of the line was very nice.
