The interview process was personable, organized, and well executed. As a candidate, I would rate the overall experience as the best process I've personally been through. Very respectful, open to questions, and friendly.
I applied online. I interviewed at Quantum Metric in Oct 2020
Interview
The interview process was smooth and swift. The whole process time frame lasted about two weeks; from the beginning, until I received an offer letter.
This was one of the most well put together and insightful interviews I have had. I had an interview with the team manager, team members, VP, and CEO, all in separate steps.
Everyone was incredibly friendly and I can see they care about not only company growth but their workers as individuals as well.

Question 1
-Basic software testing questions.
-Why do you want to work at Quantum?
-What are our three core values?
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Quantum Metric (Colorado Springs, CO) in Feb 2020
Interview
Interview process was smooth and very straight forward. The first call was with a recruiter for a basic phone screen. After that there were a total of 6 steps, one of which was an on-site with 3 people on the Software Development side. The last step was with the CEO himself, touching base with every new hire.
Overall one of the more comfortable interview processes I've done.
People are passionate and really friendly. Didn't have a corporate feel to it whatsoever. The on-site interview was a great intro to their office culture and team structure. First start-up for me, so not much of a reference point, but I left wanting to work there even more.
The flexibility and drive of the organization is very obvious. Was offered a full-time position at the end of the interview process instead of the internship role I applied for.
