The interview process included a series of conversations over Zoom and phone, a "take-home" assignment, and a demo presentation to a panel.
The recruiter reached out to me and had an initial conversation. After that, I had a take-home assignment where I solved a bunch of problems related to their domain.
The next step was with the hiring manager who asked me several personality and culture-based questions as well as reviewed the challenge submission.
After that, I had a call with a current Pre-Sales Engineer who showed me their product. That was less of an interview and more of them discussing with me what the company does.
Afterward, I had the demo/presentation panel where I presented to several key stakeholders, including an account executive, an SE manager, the SE director, and the RVP of Sales.
The final two steps of the interview were individual conversations with both the Chief Revenue Officer and the Chief Executive Officer, which was a pleasant surprise.
