Quantum Services interview questions

Called by three people. First to set up a phone interview, second from a recruiter with little knowledge of the job, and third from a Regional Manager. Recruiter asked about responsibilities for last three jobs, plus one other question. Regional Manager seemed occupied with something else during the call.

Simple phone interview, they ask about your previous experience. What makes you think you would be a good fit? I then received a call after my first interview telling me the next steps for the job and how I would receive an email about a background check and drug test which was never sent to me.
