I wanted to share with you a positive interview experience I had at Quantum University in October 2016. I was interviewed by the Founder of the University and the Executive Director. I found both gentleman to be charming, engaging and interested in what I had to say about my vision for the job I was interviewing for, which was for a faculty mentor position. The questions they asked were extremely professional and appropriate. They demonstrated genuine interest in suggestions I made for the position, as well as my experience in accomplishing the recommended suggestions. I have worked at an executive level position in the corporate world for 25 years, with emphasis on patient care, education and training and human resources. As a result, I am aware of the types of questions that are allowed during an interview. Both gentlemen were very appropriate in the questions they asked and in their response to the answers I provided to their questions. I was so comfortable with the interview process, that I accepted the position. I am very happy I did. I have found the position to be fun, invigorating, flexible, engaging and ever-changing. The position has turned out to be all they promised, and more. The Quantum University executive team and staff have made me feel part of their family and has provided me an opportunity to grow under their leadership. I am very fortunate to be working for such a wonderful group of people.
