Queens Court Law interview questions

The question in the first part of the interview was normal: introduce yourself, why you want to start a job with immigration etc. However, the second part was terrible, the position is not related to any Legal stuffs.. I cannot help to ask myself, is it legal to do such things?

Firstly, the manager and the HR team manager will introduce themselves and you will be asked to briefly introduce yourself. And then Basic questions will be asked (see the interview questions).
