Completely ghosted by the company. Despite multiple attempts asking them to confirm receipt of my application they refused to contact me in any way. “Interestingly” their customer-facing website form also rejects valid email addresses that have a slightly non standard TLD, which means they are missing out on potential custom too. All in all, thoroughly disappointed.
