The process took over a month. I applied directly through the company website and got an e-mail 2 weeks later from an HR recruiter for an on-site interview with a lab manager. I then got the offer a week later.
The interview was very informal and relaxed, with about 2 situational questions.

Pretty simple, had a phone interview then an in person one. Interviewed with the supervisor and manager. I was asked situational questions and not so much technical ones. Supervisor seemed nice.
It was in person and they had asked me my job experience, what i was expecting, and how i would handle conflict. i went over my future career goals and why i wanted to leave my previous company

The interview focused on behavioral questions to assess my background, experience, role-specific knowledge, and culture fit. The panel was attentive and kind, making the experience enjoyable and engaging. It was a good experience.
