Phone interview was about 5 questions long.
They asked about situational questions. Like what you do if a patient was noncompliant, how do you draw geriatric patients, and how would you handle a patient who has a fear or needles. There were about 3 more questions but unfortunately I can't recall what they were.
Very good. Straight forward and professional, did not waste time and had good communication throughout the whole process. Looking forward to actually getting started and working there soon. I have nothing negative to say.

Very informative and kind in the interview. They were very helpful in answering questions and I felt like they were genuinely caring about my answers. I was able to speak freely and they were able to answer my questions about their processes.

Had first and second interview - seemed like everything went well, was told that they would be in touch. Never heard anything back, sent a follow up email - no response. Was completely ghosted.
