Interview
First off, phone interview with manager, then follow-up phone interview with department heads. Then face-to-face interview. Took a personality quiz and had to fill out massive amounts of paperwork. The paperwork should have been on-line, what a waste of paperwork. Some of the forms did not even apply to the position I applied for.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics in Dec 2016
Interview
The interview process is rather lengthy. Roughly two weeks after applying I was contacted by a recruiter via phone, who conducted a 20 minute basic phone interview. After a few days, I then received an email with an invitation for an in-person interview for later that week. The interview was rather casual with a lot of questions about personality, ethics and values rather than technical knowledge. The interview was conducted by the department supervisor, Client Services supervisor and trainer, which all made me feel very welcome.
