I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics (Los Angeles, CA) in June 2014
Interview
The first question he asked was if I did any research. Which of course I did. He went on to tell me about the company. We did the interview, very basic and comfortable. Then we did a tour and I met people in the lab.

I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics (Chantilly, VA)
Interview
It was pretty quick. I applied sunday night and got a call wednesday. I did the interview the next tuesday and got hired the next day. My interviewer was honest with me about the role which made the interview feel like a conversation instead of a formal job interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics (Houston, TX) in Dec 2025
Interview
The interview process moved in clear stages. I applied in November and was contacted by a recruiter in December for a phone screening. I completed a final interview with the supervisor in January. The interview focused on my lab experience, specimen handling, and adherence to procedures. The supervisor also asked detailed questions about my college program to see how it aligned with the role. After the interview, my application went into review for several weeks before a final decision was made. Although I was not selected, the process was structured and straightforward.
