I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Quest Diagnostics (Chantilly, VA) in Nov 2015
Interview
It was about 1 hour long. Depending which department you are in, you meet with either supervisors, managers, and/or the director. You talk about yourself, they look over your accomplishments and what school you went to. It is important for a Medical Technologist to have a Bachelor's Degree in Biology/Chemistry or certification for medical technology. They also ask about your flexibility and how you learn best. If you have had previous experience in the medical field, they ask you about your role and duties. They then give you a tour of the department and you may meet a few techs as well. Just be yourself and be honest, everyone is very diverse with different personalities.
