The talent acquisition team called to schedule an onsite interview after asking a few screening questions. The interview involved holding a 20 min presentation on an engineering project I had worked, technical 1 on 1 with potential hiring managers, a facility tour, and work demonstration.

It was a friendly and easy interview. Had a group discussion after the first-round preliminary test and finally the interview. Question was from basics of C and few algorithms like bubble sort etc..

So the hiring process was with in the college campus organized by the placement department. It was a single day process. The first round was with the written aptitutde test. Then the second round was with a group discussion. The third round was with personal interview

Short and nice as the manager that was hiring at the time was empathetic and sincere. Had two interviews with the company and got the role, no tests or anything.
