Had one of the worst experiences with the company Quest Global. The lack of professionalism was evident, and it was a complete waste of my time, which I had spent on the interview process. The interview had three rounds: Screening round, where the HR asked screening questions and discussed salary expectations. A rigorous one-hour technical and coding interview, which I successfully cleared. After clearing both rounds, I received a call stating that I was selected and would proceed to the final round for a salary discussion. The HR round, where my salary expectations were discussed, and we agreed on X LPA. During the negotiation, I asked for an additional 50k, and I was told that she would get back to me. However, neither that night nor the next day did I receive any response to my calls. On the third day, I finally received a message via SMS stating that my experience was not sufficient, and they could only offer 40% less than the initial offer made during the call. I was already holding an offer of X-2 LPA which i had mentioned during my screening round. This unprofessional behavior was disappointing. I believe that ethics, morals, and professionalism are crucial in any organization. My experience with Quest Global was highly unpleasant and did not reflect the values I look for in a workplace.
