Quest International interview questions

I had to take a coding test which was C++, and afterwards the interview began where they ask questions relating to the position like "Was there a time where you found it difficult to be on time with the deadline given and how?" Something along those lines where they would want a logical answer and see what your thought process is like. It was a 45 minute interview with 3 people, one from the department Im being interviewed for, HR, and a separate team hoping to steal me from the other department.
