First interview was through a recruitment agency, they were on a tight schedule so I made an impression with my 'cooler' work and hoped for a call back. I had a special opportunity to come back later on in the day to meet both people conducting interviews, which I definitely took.
2nd interview was on-site, and was the longest of the three. I was challenged to describe my process in a 1 on 1 with my hiring manager and I was introduced to the team and shown around the office.
I was invited back to Quest for a final 'culture' interview with a co-founder. He set the timer on his phone for 12 minutes and asked some very simple, yet thought provoking questions.
