The whole process was very fast, efficient and friendly. All of the interviewers were very friendly and professional. They really put an effort to explain the company's culture and atmosphere.

They asked general questions and both interviews were more like an open discussion.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Quest Software (Belgrade, Central Serbia) in Feb 2022
Interview
First you go through online testing, they test your language knowledge and ask some open ended questions, and the interview was overall good and positive as the manager back then was very nice and relaxed person so overall it all went well. They did not ask lame questions such as "tell me your biggest flaw etc."
